These sessions are individual health-specific, where a yoga regime is drafted to address the health concerns of the individual. These are not one-on-one sessions; however, the individual's yoga regime is exclusively created by experts to address their specific health concerns. Individual attention is provided by certified, dedicated trainers. Timings must be fixed before registration.
